Office 365 - Staff Advantage - Mac Installation
From Moodle click "Microsoft Office for Staff (Free)" from within the DreamSpark dropdown at the top of the screen or click here, this takes you to the Office365 Portal Page
Login with your staff initials followed by @bsfc.ac.uk and enter your college network password
This takes you to the Office 365 Office Page Page.
In the next window, it will appear like the image below - ensure "Office" is selected (shown by arrow 1)
The default install for PC is 32bit, to change to 64 bit, click advanced (arrow 2)
Review the system requirements (arrow 3), and if you are happy, select install button (arrow 4)
The software will now install to your PC. A small installation program will be downloaded, you need to run this to continue.
** When asked to sign in at the install process, you must sign in with your staff login as described above. **
In order the software to maintain functionality, your PC needs to connect to the Internet at least once per month
*The subscription is only valid whilst you are employed at the college. Once you finish the software is set to reduced functionality mode and you will be required to purchase an upgrade product to continue using the software.
